Just for the record, as a Northamptonian, I want Northants to do well, but I really don't want them to go up and get humiliated in Div 1 like we did last time. We just haven't got the resources.
by Dave Knibb4/24/2017 2:23:36 PM
@KartikeyaJunejanew Does nobody think Notts might struggle when their fearsome pace attack is away on international duty?
by Beth Watson4/24/2017 2:23:29 PM
Sussex do miss Chris Jordan at this time of year, gets a good bit of a nip. They have struggled to be though batsmen
by nickcricket4/24/2017 2:23:28 PM
@Harry Mark Davis? even his name is boring
by Russell Chapman4/24/2017 2:23:10 PM
Will be a three way race betweeen kent, northans and worcs for second spot. Notts just way ahead
by Kartikeya Juneja new4/24/2017 2:22:47 PM
@KartikeyaJunejanew Northants could, and so could the team that just beat Northants
by Duluth K. Archaeopteryx4/24/2017 2:22:11 PM
Who is Sussex coach?
by Harry4/24/2017 2:22:11 PM
Northants i feel could challenge kent for second spot
by Kartikeya Juneja new4/24/2017 2:21:33 PM
Sussex should have appointed Chris Adams rather than their current nonentity
by Russell Chapman4/24/2017 2:21:29 PM
@Duluth Ahhh...I'm right behind you mate...lol
by Dave Knibb4/24/2017 2:21:25 PM
Not sure what happened to Sussex. They were a good team not long ago.
by Matt Warwick4/24/2017 2:21:13 PM
Northants are a good team. Sussex are a shambles
by Duluth K. Archaeopteryx4/24/2017 2:20:40 PM
Northants are third at the min
by nickcricket4/24/2017 2:20:38 PM
@Duluth are you calling Northants a shambles?
by Dave Knibb4/24/2017 2:20:07 PM
Ludwig Skraff - He won't get 1000 before the end of may, only got more match before June 1st. They also won't call him up for the Test Matches so rest easy
by nickcricket4/24/2017 2:19:56 PM
Here's how it goes: Ballance scores 1000 runs before the end of May and ECB notice so Yorkshire are barred from playing him in June so he's rested for the tests. He's then made twelfth man and spends the summer carrying drinks. What, me bitter?
by Ludwig Skraff4/24/2017 2:18:34 PM
Div 2 has five good teams (including Durham), Gloucestershire for whom the jury is out, and four shambles. Derbyshire probably the best of them
by Duluth K. Archaeopteryx4/24/2017 2:18:19 PM
perhaps a 3 div champ will bean ECB fiddle? they'd love 10 games a season
by Russell Chapman4/24/2017 2:18:15 PM
Glamorgan surely wooden spoon contendors
by Kartikeya Juneja new4/24/2017 2:17:47 PM
Paul Wilson - Yes, Glamorgan hasn't even been mentioned until the last post
by nickcricket4/24/2017 2:17:46 PM
Leicestershire, Glamorgan and Derbyshire in a 3 way fight for the wooden spoon I think...
by Dave Knibb4/24/2017 2:17:28 PM
@PaulWilson Harsh! Half the teams could be in Division Three but the rest are Division 1.5
by Beth Watson4/24/2017 2:17:27 PM
Notts head and shoulders above the rest
by Russell Chapman4/24/2017 2:17:21 PM
Derby got too much Hardus for the wooden spoon!
by nickcricket4/24/2017 2:17:02 PM
Div 2 is a sea of mediocrity isn't it?
by Paul Wilson4/24/2017 2:16:45 PM
That might just be the end of Anderson's spell. He doesn't seem to bowl more than 7 in one go. It's brilliant watching a genius at work..
by Kirkee804/24/2017 2:16:36 PM
Don't forget the mighty Derbyshire
by Harry4/24/2017 2:16:23 PM
@BethWatson Agreed, I reckon Durham will pull back their points deficit. Sussex a good shout
by Paul Wilson4/24/2017 2:15:56 PM
Sussex not wooden spoon contenders?
by Duluth K. Archaeopteryx4/24/2017 2:15:26 PM
Gazza Bazza for Eng skip
by Paul Wilson4/24/2017 2:15:06 PM
@PaulWilson Especially if Durham win
by Beth Watson4/24/2017 2:15:06 PM
That 4 also takes Yorkshire's lead above 100, its now or never for Hampshire
by nickcricket4/24/2017 2:15:01 PM
@BethWatson it's the battle for this year's wooden spoon I suspect
by Paul Wilson4/24/2017 2:14:46 PM
They picked the wrong Yorkshireman for England skipper...
by Paul Wilson4/24/2017 2:14:15 PM
Outstanding performance by G Balance for Yorks v Hants ... 100 in each dig
