Maybe at the start of each season, we should just let the Test Match counties pick ten English players and ten non-qualified players to make up their squads. The rest of the counties then pick the bones out of what's left and make do. Then in July, the big boys can have a 'transfer window' where they can swap any underperforming/injured players with the small fry counties to get them through the season. Then start again from scratch the next year. I hope no Cheif Executives are reading this or it might happen sooner rather than later...
