I am utterly staggered at what Somerset have done this last 2 hours
by Joe Williams9/25/2017 3:34:37 PM
more than half Somerset out sweeping
by Lawrence Payne9/25/2017 3:34:21 PM
omg reverse sweep to slip!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
by Lawrence Payne9/25/2017 3:33:35 PM
I am livid

by StaggerBreaths9/25/2017 3:33:32 PM
@WillColwell I think it was "I will get out first"

by ESPNcricinfo Live9/25/2017 3:33:02 PM
Lip reading what Steve Davies is saying to Groenewald between the overs there. I made out "If you get caught slog sweeping I swear to God I will" but I couldn't make out the rest
by Will Colwell9/25/2017 3:32:50 PM
@JoeWilliams Only get 3 points for bowling, c'mon Wark make a minefield and roll the dice!
by nickcricket9/25/2017 3:32:28 PM
@JohnLillie Hants are rubbish, but not that rubbish that they can't take 4 points off an horrible Warks team
by Joe Williams9/25/2017 3:31:01 PM
Mark Nicholas will be keen to see the inform Nick Gubbins
by nickcricket9/25/2017 3:30:44 PM
Middlesex have, including drops, taken about 18 wickets in two sessions.
by NemoUKS9/25/2017 3:30:36 PM
thats your wicket David

250 would be good score i think
by Lawrence Payne9/25/2017 3:30:06 PM
I don't want to belittle his efforts, but Patel hasn't been that great, our tail has just been caught every time they slog him.
And now Stirling drops a return catch off Davies
by Will Colwell9/25/2017 3:30:03 PM
😆 at the idea of Middlesex making it to 250.
by StaggerBreaths9/25/2017 3:29:49 PM
WICKET: Kent 271/8 (73.4 ov) v Glamorgan AF Milne c Lloyd b Meschede 33 (50) Partnership: 57 (13.0 ov) CAJ Meschede 18.4-5-66-1 JL Denly 136* (188)
by ESPNcricinfo Live9/25/2017 3:29:28 PM
These next 15 runs are utterly crucial! rather gripping viewing i must say
by Joe Williams9/25/2017 3:29:28 PM
So if Somerset are bowled out for less than 250 - a first-innings score of 250 or above would be enough to keep MIddlesex up.
That doesn't relegate Somerset though - they still might have enough points to overtake Hampshire.
by John Lillie9/25/2017 3:29:08 PM
Patel bowling some class spin
by Lawrence Payne9/25/2017 3:28:50 PM
Davies must be sat there with his head so far in his hands that he can feel elbow
by NemoUKS9/25/2017 3:28:31 PM
@JoeWilliams I am honestly lost for words
by Will Colwell9/25/2017 3:28:16 PM
SO given that it's almost impossible to lose to Warks, even tho we ran it close.....Somerset if they knack this before reaching 250 are basically in a position where they have to bowl Middx out for less than 250 or they are down? Risky bloody strategy that....cannae believe this batting approach, utterly bonkers
by Joe Williams9/25/2017 3:27:48 PM
Leach out slog sweep
by Lawrence Payne9/25/2017 3:27:04 PM
Absolutely nothing wrong with the wicket
by Will Colwell9/25/2017 3:26:53 PM
I'm in a little bit of shock here. Why are they all slog sweeping? Why?!!? Our best batsman is going to get stranded on 21*
by Will Colwell9/25/2017 3:26:36 PM
From 39-4, Kent could well be the only team to get 300 today. It's a funny old game ...
by David Taylor9/25/2017 3:26:18 PM
Next debate - will Somerset get docked points of state of Ciderabad wicket?
by petepineapple819/25/2017 3:25:14 PM
End of that debate then
by petepineapple819/25/2017 3:24:46 PM
yeah i think they are getting to understand that :)
by Lawrence Payne9/25/2017 3:24:30 PM
WICKET: Somerset 230/9 (82.2 ov, won the toss) v Middlesex MJ Leach c Finn b Patel 14 (26) Partnership: 16 (6.4 ov) RH Patel 28.2-3-76-6 SM Davies 21* (68)
by ESPNcricinfo Live9/25/2017 3:24:27 PM
Given that Somerset need Middlesex to not do any dodgy declaring, it would rather weaken our bargaining position if we did some dodgy declaring
by Will Colwell9/25/2017 3:22:30 PM
They're too northern and poor for him.
by StaggerBreaths9/25/2017 3:21:26 PM
lots chat on live youtube feed Somerset fans want to declare
by Lawrence Payne9/25/2017 3:21:25 PM
