Anyway, I'm off to enjoy the sunshine. Keep it up folks, I'll be reading if not contributing...
by NemoUKS4/8/2017 11:01:44 AM
Ah yes, I'm sure the WIN IPHONE 7 PLUS brand is on the verge of taking off with the right copy-pasted tweets.
by StaggerBreaths4/8/2017 11:00:27 AM
StaggerBreaths - Its not as crude as advertising, they are trying to build the brand...
by nickcricket4/8/2017 10:59:21 AM
Yorkshire wouldn't enforce even if they are 150 ahead at the end of this innings. Loads of time left and a decent forecast
by nickcricket4/8/2017 10:58:48 AM
@Alex Thomas 45/7 yes, but in the second innings when the first innings totals were 338/6 declared plays 62 all out... The Lankie batting order is a little unusual if you look at that second innings - Parry and Jarvis in at 4 and 5
by NemoUKS4/8/2017 10:58:24 AM
I'm pretty stunned at this Hants first innings, didn't think we'd have enough but looks like the follow on could be an option, crumbs
by Joe Williams4/8/2017 10:57:37 AM
That's amateur advertising that is. Not even a link.
by StaggerBreaths4/8/2017 10:57:19 AM
Going into this fixture Basil Akram averages 58 with the bat and 34 with the ball. How is no county interested!
by nickcricket4/8/2017 10:55:00 AM
We had to wait until the second day for the first ISM jibe! We're slipping.
by StaggerBreaths4/8/2017 10:54:49 AM
@NemoUKS I think you're not giving the MCCU sides the respect they deserve. Many of them have provided a decent test with the ball (if not with the bat). Cambridge MCCU even had Lancashire 45/8 at one stage....
by Alex Thomas4/8/2017 10:54:36 AM
True, but they also took winning position draws from Leics and Northants. Probably a better side than Glamorgan then...
by NemoUKS4/8/2017 10:54:15 AM
They're also playing Derbyshire...
by StaggerBreaths4/8/2017 10:52:56 AM
Speaking of the Telegraph used to really like their Cricket Coverage, used to get the paper for it even tho it is an unwieldy to try and read. Won't be doing that any more, decent Cricket Writers are gone replaced by flashy personalities like Vaughan and KP. If I need to know the formers opinion I can consult the ISM client list for free
by nickcricket4/8/2017 10:52:55 AM
Can't say I follow MCCU cricket closely, but it looks from the scores alone that Loughborough are in another league to the other teams who have been battered from pillar to post by the pro sides

@nickcricket Will be telling the story of Dart Plagueis the Wise?
by NemoUKS4/8/2017 10:49:14 AM
Does Beth have to drink for that, is the question?

Forget Coad. How about Alex Davies for all 10 catches vs. Essex?
by Alex Thomas4/8/2017 10:48:42 AM
Rod Bransgrove (Hampshire Chairman, and Unofficial Dark Lord of the Sith) is suppose to be popping into the comms box at some point

Torygraph, yes. The King Cricket blog set up a league which actively encourages apathy and non-transfers. Perfect for me.
by StaggerBreaths4/8/2017 10:46:32 AM
Are you playing the Telegraph one or is there another I've missed? I'm all in favour of anything that gets people interested in county cricket (possible exception: flogging knock off watches and sex tips)
by NemoUKS4/8/2017 10:45:46 AM
I put Coad in my team. He's on the bench.
by adamp934/8/2017 10:45:45 AM
He's getting me them too (in a game that isn't Nemo's, sorry Nemo), but come on! Romance of the ten-fer!
