@DuluthK.Archaeopteryx: Bowl-outs are notorious for their inaccuracy. Remove a batsman and a bowler's radar disappears. Scores of 1-0 in bowl-outs where each side has ten goes (five bowlers, two attaempts each) are quite common.

Paul Edwards at Durham 201-7 v Nottinghamshire
The rain has toyed with us here: first relenting then returning with renewed vigour. At one stage an inspection was fixed for 3.20 but that would be quite pointless now. This would still have been a decent day for Nottinghamshire, though. Two decent wickets have been taken and you would think Durham need to add another 80 to their present lead of 58 to give their bowlers a chance.
One question suggests itself, however. Has there ever been a Div Two game with quite this quality of seam bowling on view? Rushworth, Onions, Wood and Coughlin v Pattinson, Ball, Gurney and Fletcher. "Probably" is the answer but this is what we do when it rains.
@DavidTaylor: Yup, could play more at Edgbaston. Very light rain now. Clouds pretty high. Some wind. Bit annoying, really.

George Dobell at Warwickshire (178 and 5 for 3) v Yorkshire (381)
It’s brightened up a bit here. Well, it’s brighter than when Bell was out. It had pretty much stopped raining and the umpires and groundstaff were having a chat. But it’s started to rain a bit harder now.
Trego at 158-1 but with only 97 needed it's a bit late. Treated to a glorious off drive by Tom Westley
Stoneman's f/c average counts against him - although half his innings were played on challenging pitches in Chester-le-Street
