ECB should definitely look at compensation for counties who develop players in the same way football does. There is nothing wrong with free movement of players/employees, it happens in any other industry but it does seem unfair to counties such as Durham & Leicestershire when Surrey (for years) and Notts (more recently) just cherry pick from the top as big international ground counties.
