Thinking about it Bres can't bat in front of Woakes, better make it nine
by nickcricket9/6/2017 3:45:27 PM
@SDHoneymonster with a lead of 140 you'd think it would be almost impossible to lose from this position! I can't wait to see what they try

What score do Somerset collapse for to let Warks back into the game here? I'm going with 72.

Jon Culley at Warwickshire 146 v Somerset 282
Warwickshire avoided the follow-on thanks in no small part to Keith Barker’s half-century but it may have been a minor victory with a major price for the left-arm seamer, who appears to have done something to his back in the later stages of the innings, to the extent that it was probably a relief to get off the field and get to the physio’s room when the excellent Craig Overton dismissed him leg before. Warwickshire have emerged after the change of innings and Barker is not among them.Barker added 53 with Matthew Lamb for the sixth wicket and 49 with Chris Wright for the eighth to get Warwickshire beyond the follow-on target of 133. Overton ripped out Wright’s middle stump to finish with 4-33 from two fine spells, while Jack Leach was rewarded for his 27 and a half overs on this turning pitch with 5-50 as Sunny Singh was stumped by Steven Davies, who had earlier missed a regulation opportunity to send Barker on his way via the same route on 33.
