Surely the Lees mentioned isn't Alex Lees? Good player must there must be about 50 batsmen ahead of him in the ODI reckoning?

More covers are coming on now. It's very dark and fairly windy.

if Yorkshire hadn't had three and a half batsmen in the RLODC he might have struggled to stay in the Yorkshire side

i'm surprised that there hasn't been adverse comments re Bopara and possibly Tregs. Re Coles - I am not sure who I would leave out to accommodate him
by Mark Boyle9/2/2016 12:33:12 PM
Tregs would obviously captain my tattooed XI with Stokesy as Vice

Freddie Wilde at the Ageas Bowl for Yorkshire 281 and 134-2 v Hampshire 222
It is properly raining here now, the entire square is covered and there is not a groundsman in sight.

Looks like we're praying for rain in Birmingham too then...

This is my team (ignoring Finn and Wood who are too close to the England squad) - left out Bresnan as he hasnt taken enough wickets this year. His batting would be handy though. DBD, Malan, Duckett, Vince, Billings, Dawson, S Curran, Coles, Roland-Jones, Batty (hate to put him in but didnt know where else to turn for an out and out spinner - Graeme White maybe?) Gurney
by Steven Box9/2/2016 12:40:07 PM
Jack Leach maybe but probably better in the longer format
