Will Macpherson at Gloucestershire 367-9 (but all out) v Sussex
Good morning from lovely Hove! The sun's not shining but the seagulls are barking and thus all is right with the world.
Sussex have cleaned up Gloucestershire's tail one way or another, and the innings ends on 367, which looks a pretty good score. Craig Miles went early, bowled by Steve Magoffin, to complete, remarkably, the first five-fer of a season that has see him take his wickets at under 27. Then Chris Jordan sconed Liam Norwell on the stem guard and, despite dusting himself off, he had to retire hurt at the end of the over. Last man to go was Matt Taylor, bowled by David Wiese. Of Wiese's four Champo wickets for Sussex, three have now come in the first over of the spell.
At the over end stood Michael Klinger, not out for a brilliant 129. He guided Gloucestershire from a troublesome looking 34-4 to four batting points. Sussex, who picked up three bowling points, have a massive innings coming up.
