In seriousness I don't see anything wrong with it, but I'm not gay. I can't imagine that my gay cricketing friends (of whom I have none) would object either, but I guess I'd ask?

Will Macpherson at Hampshire 308-5 v Surrey 329
McLaren, who is timing the ball like a god, and Ervine have stuck on 78, and the 300 is up. Both have 50s and earned another vital point for Hampshire. At some stage the foot will have to go down in the hope of building a lead and a match-winning position. But for now, this is very fine stuff indeed. The new ball has been seen off and it won't be long before Batty has a bowl again, you'd think.

They haven't said anything about the limited overs only boys like Plunkett and Rashid, From a purely England basis I think Rashid would benefit from a few FC overs with a red ball

I don't understand the immediate link from "pretty boys" to being gay? Liverpool's "Spice Boys" from the mid 1990s were infamous pretty boys, but never was it implied they were homosexual? Bayliss's comments seem to say that England were more interested in playing attractive cricket shots without knuckling down to play smart, dirty cricket which the conditions merited (hello Joe Root).
