Denly became a father overnight, which is why he's not at the ground

I remember Root Keeping in a Ashes Warm-up game, for you know that series I can't quite remember England had Australia 7 down after day one and after that its just white noise. For what I remember Jonny Bairstow was on the other side of Australia with the performance squad. I guess England didn't think there was a chance he would finish the series wearing the gloves for the full side

I couldn't have been more wrong then. Hoping for some results this round!

Shantry was just getting going, Leics have been lucky

The Hurricane recognised another weather player and graciously left the field on 10. By the way, it's actually "JD Shantry c Shantry b Raine".

Wessels has just been hit by a short ball, so we could be looking at a third keeper...

Hello all. I've been away until now so have missed the opening days of this round of matches. Not looking good for Surrey especially with Hampshire doing well. Favourites to go down? Too early to say?

Good Luck Gillespie if he decides to take the job, I thought it was more likely Yorkshire would lose him to an Aussie state side than a specialist job with the national side after all he is known to be keen to Coach the Aussie Full side and a stint as the bowling coach first would mean years of travelling.

Surrey are doing a "Notts last year". Too soon, especially with the Currans and Sanga.
