Only a matter of time before Bally carves one out of the ground.

Gregory has a real chance to show his batting ability, have seen him a bit on TV and he shouldn't be averaging 18

I was there 4 years ago, when Warwickshire (Barker & Wright) skittled Worcs for 60 before lunch.......

Can we call that Broading, Steve?

Yorks batting like it's a 4th innings chase!!!
by Joe T Williams9/6/2016 10:35:03 AM
Lees faced the whole over with only that 6 being on the only runs, the suggestion was that it was so Rushworth could change ends
by nickcricket9/6/2016 10:35:10 AM
......well, not a Yorks 4th innings chase but a someone else's 4th innings chase

Good morning all, just logged in - I assume the former Middlesex players' Strauss and Fraser's decision to rest Bairstow and Root from Yorkshire's remaining games has been discussed? All with England's best interests at heart, obviously.

Oh good. This again. That would be the ECB run by Colin Graves conspiring against Yorkshire of course.

@RobertStow yes all discussed, and yo've also pretty much backed up Stag's view on the situation too

:) I assumed it would have been discussed and all would be in agreement ;)

Risky decision by the ECB to rest Root/Bairstow because if Yorkshire win regardless then imagine how smug us Yorkies will be
by nickcricket9/6/2016 10:41:26 AM
Resting Root seems like common sense, he has a long term back problem and has had a very busy summer. Maybe to make it fair the ECB should arbitrarily force the opposition to leave out two of their best players too?
